Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial works on every plan with email only.
What happens after 14 days?
Your account stays read-only until you pick a plan. We never delete your data — pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Prorated to the day, applied to your next invoice.
Do you charge per employee?
No. It's a flat per-month price. You pay the same whether you add five employees or fifty.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up a tier in two clicks. We send a heads-up email at 80% of your limit so you can plan the move, not get surprised.
How do payroll integrations work?
Today: clean CSV exports that import cleanly into Gusto, Rippling, ADP, and Paychex. Direct API integrations are next on the roadmap.
Is my data exportable?
Always. CSV from the dashboard, full database export on request. No vendor lock-in.
Where is data hosted?
United States (New York data center). Enterprise customers can opt into EU residency.
